If there are import tariffs on digital goods and services it will change how we organize innovation companies in Canada. If he goes ahead with mass deportations (5 million, ten million, more) there will be mass deaths and complete economic disruption, so I doubt that Vance and Musk will allow him to do this. Meanwhile, start planning for three degrees plus of global warming and all that entails.
Agreed that mass deportations will not happen/work. Practically not feasible and it would also put a real dent in the economy. Correct on Canada, tariffs are the real danger, for everyone.

Raise strong women. And we are doing that (it was also the defining principle in raising my two daughters). Lots of female politicians (look at Kemi Badenoch in the UK) are moving up the ranks. Same in business. The most impressive founders I see in the tech community are women. It is a matter of time.
